How the CritCareUltrasound training portal handles your information.

What we hold

We hold the account details you provide at registration (name, email, job grade, hospital site), your training records (training cycles, scan logbook entries, competency sign-offs, triggered assessments and summary dates), session bookings and audit submissions. Ultrasound clips you upload are stored securely and linked to your own scans.

Why we hold it

This information is used solely to deliver and govern FUSIC training within the critical care unit — to track your progress towards accreditation, allow your mentors to review and sign off your work, and support departmental governance and audit. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Clinical images

Do not upload any patient-identifiable information. Clips should be anonymised before upload; patient references in the logbook are local identifiers only.

Your rights & contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you. Contact the unit ultrasound lead or your local information governance team. This portal is operated by the CritCareUltrasound team.
