Trainer Availability

Please log in and use the form below to register availability for providing supervised ultrasound teaching sessions.

1. Click on the Availability tab and scroll to the bottom, where +Add Special Day’ is located.
2. Click on + sign and enter the date and time available for training and select the site and type of training available.
3. Once complete, select Save Special Day. Further dates and times can then be entered. When all complete, select Save Changes.
4. These sessions will now be available for trainees to sign up online. You will receive an email when a trainee signs up and a reminder 24 hours before the session.
5. If using frequently, a sync can be created to an outlook or gmail diary to automatically add booked sessions.
