Uploading To The Server
It is now possible to upload studies to the ISCV server for remote review on the ‘Phillips Intellivue’ software. All complete studies will be uploaded regularly. However, any studies that are not correctly labelled with patient details and scanning clinicial will be deleted at these times.
An 8-digit patient number is required to successfully view images on the server. For 7-digit numbers please prefix with a zero (e.g. 1234567 becomes 01234567) and for 6-digit numbers please prefix with a double zero (e.g. 123456 becomes 00123456)
To upload clinically urgent studies for immediate review please follow the instructions provided below:

1. Connect the network cable from the back of the scanner into any network port. | |
2. Enter the Patient section using the touch-screen button at the bottom-left of the screen to access the study catalogue. | |
3. Click on Transfer to bring up the required transfer screen. Ensure the ‘From Source’ is ‘Local Archive – Int HD’ from the drop down list Ensure the ‘To destination’ is ‘DICOM Storage (HL7)’ These should be selected automatically.

4. Highlight studies and select Add to List to add the desired studies to the transfer queue. For multiple studies, repeat the above step until all of the desired studies have been added.

5. Click on the Copy button to initiate the transfer. |

6. A progress box will appear at the top of the screen until all images have been successfully uploaded. A green tick will appear next to the study when upload is complete. | |
7. Studies should now be successfully avaialble for viewing on the Phillips Intelliview software. Search by patient name or number. |
